A 1989 Ranger
body on a Sutphen chassis. This pumper has a 1,250 GPM, two-stage
pump and carries 1,000 gallons of water. Carries a standard load-out of supply, attack
and hard-suction hoses, and ground ladders. Equipped with
typical engine company tools.
Engine 6's sister
truck is Engine 5, which is assigned to the Weatogue
Station. Both apparatus were built to the same specifications
and delivered at the same time.
